| Have you ever . . . | |||
| . . . had your hair stand on end? | |||
|
|
| ||
| . . . spun like an ice skater? | |||
. . . seen a banana drive a nail? |
| ||
| . . . "blown up" a balloon? |
Welcome to the traveling portion
of the Wonders of Physics
program at the University of Wisconsin
- Madison. You'll find out that although physics is "rocket science,"
it isn't that hard to understand, and can be really, really, cool!!!
In fact, physics can be fun! Where else could you actually see someone
"blow up" a balloon, or fill a room with a real cloud?
Check out our "Just for Kids" page for experiments you can try at home!
The Wonders of Physics Traveling Show is just the Wonders of Physics program "taken on the road." And if you don't know what we're talking about, here is a very brief history.
